This is when the room(s) is (are) painted in more than one color, or one of the walls or all of the walls and ceilings are painted in different types, shapes, or figures that will slow down or interrupt the regular paint speed and process of the painter, so this is considered custom paint or painting. (Usually time-consuming process that will raise the labor cost)
What is a Standard Painting?
This is when the room(s) is (are) painted in a single color only and no shapes, figures needed to be painted on the walls, ceiling, and trims, so it's considered standard paint or painting. (Usually fast-paced process and flat labor cost applied)
What do we refer to when we say Regular Paint Cost and Quality?
This is an average paint in price and quality; it's neither the cheapest nor the most expensive paint. So if you require anything beyond this range, that would affect the overall cost of the job.
